Local car dealer jailed on charge of theft

An arrest warrant alleges Robert Edward Dudley has some car problems. The 46-year-old's issues aren't related to an overheated radiator or air conditioning. Instead, San Antonio police said Dudley stole an out-of-state man's money for a luxury sports utility vehicle and would not return the cash.
